I get it. Thank you for sharing. I thought I was the only one who did this. I call it my "Life Day". I was diagnosed on October 31st, 1988, and given a life expectancy of 2 years. I have now survived 29 years so far - this year will mark 30 years. Though an array of feelings come up around that day, I feel it's worth celebrating. Or at least acknowledging.
