I have encountered many adults who were labeled as special education students simply because the had epilepsy. As a result they were further socially and educationally disabled because their school systems simply babysat them in classrooms with children who had severe mental limitations. Ms. Phipps parents were true advocates. I thank her for continuing her parents' legacy by educating us! God Bless you.
